Hankyung requests for termination of contract with SM Entertainment

Looks like SM Entertainment just might lose another star... After the JaeChunSu trio turned their backs against their company in regards to their unfair contract, Hankyung (Hangeng) of Super Junior decided to follow their lead and attempt to opt out as well.

According to a related source in China, Hankyung filed a request at the Seoul Central District Court to make his contract with SM Entertainment null and void at noon on the 21st.

Hankyung, who is well-known as the only Chinese member in Super Junior, is popular amongst both the Asian youth and media. With his good reputation and talent, many speculated that the singer would go on to have a very successful solo career as well. However, rumor has it that the contract forbade Hankyung from pursuing a solo career, creating a rift that led to this contract termination request.

The press stated,
"No specific details have yet been released towards this termination request. However, it is likely the reason is because of the unfairness the contract holds in regards to Hankyung's personal development."

Currently, Hankyung's legal representative is remaining silent.
So what do you guys think? Is Super Junior finally reaching its end, downfall after downfall? Since SM Entertainment has yet to confirm anything, I guess we'll just have to see.

More members of Super Junior stand up to SM Entertainment?

While the fact that Hankyung has decided to take legal actions against SM Entertainment is true without a doubt, we have also received tips about a rumor that five more members of Super Junior are joining Hankyung in filing lawsuits against SME. Those five members are Kangin, Eunhyuk, Leeteuk, Donghae and Yesung, according to sina.com, a Chinese online news portal.

Another rumour claims that Super Junior M will temporarily disband and Henry will pursue individual project by teaming up with Zhang Li Yin.
These are rumours that should be received with high dose of skepticism as no Korean news sources have reported on this matter.

First DBSK, now SuJu! And first Hankyung, then Kyuhyun says all that stuff & Donghae and Kyuhyun close down their minihompy, and now five members are joining Hankyung?!

Omg I feel damn insecure now! Super Junior can't break up! And they can't split into 2 either! Without even one of them, it'll never be complete! Just like without KiBum performing, it alrdy felt incomplete! What happened to Walk Together?

Playing Monopoly for 6 hours and sleeping from 4am to 12 noon is so damn awesome, especially in your cousin's house. Was at cousin's house from 22nd to 23rd!
Then today(Christmas Eve) went ice skating with other cousins! Damn hilarious and my legs hurt like crap. Soon, an unglam video of me eating will be posted by my cousin on Facebook. How awesome. Stay tuned man, stay tuned.

And saw the 2 Singapore Idol finalists today! And saw the guy like twice, I saw him before!
And saw Adrian Pang too! Hahah I love celebrity sightings, if only I can see Super Junior!
